This first started off as a doodle, but I liked how it was going so I made a picture out of it. ^-^

It took me about 5 evenings, as I was just going with the flow and messing about with brushes. :D

Oh yeah! This is Astrid, I just dyed her hair to fit with the picture. Doing the hair was so fun!! It was all flicky and curly. The pearls were great as well ~ I used :icondianae:'s tutorial for the pearls. Oh, and the backround was inspired by a page in Paradise Kiss. :)

I tried to keep in with the realistic style with the colouring, but I messed up on the drawing. >.< I hope it looks okay though. ^^;

Anyone who guesses how many butterflies are in this picture gets a cookie! :cookie:
